It is my intention to make a meaningful contribution to improving the quality of people’s lives through genuine interest, sincere caring, and empowering interventions. I am a holistic counselor who believes in the mind/body/spirit connection, and offer counseling with positive solutions in mind. I specialize in personal growth and change, stress reduction, as well as career and retirement transitions. I also work with individuals to help them overcome barriers to achieving their potential and the quality of life they desire.

As a lifelong learner myself, I am passionate about assisting others in their own personal path of growth, development and wellbeing.

Counseling is confidential. I want you to feel safe in sharing your personal issues and concerns. My services are available in my office, with options for distance counseling when needed.
