I have over 14 years of combined experience in career and life counseling. I want to help you feel hopeful, increase self-worth, reduce stress, eliminate emotional barriers that block success, and solve problems. Listening without judgment to your needs and desires, I am eager to gain your trust. I will seek to understand and offer genuine caring, as you share concerns that are important to you.
Change can be voluntary or involuntary. If it is unplanned, I understand the fears, sadness, and discouragement that can accompany life transitions. I, too, have been through and weathered unsettling times.
